Guest guest
LiveSimply, the primary database that insurance companies use is called CLUE. You can pay for a CLUE report about a specific house address. Here's the website address: http://www.choicetrust.com And, here's a good article that discusses the CLUE report. http://www.privacyrights.org/fs/fs26-CLUE.htm The insurance companies' use the CLUE database to deny insurance to policyholders who have had previous claims. The insurance companies also use the CLUE database to find out about houses that have had claims, so they can refuse to insure those houses. Just one more tool to refuse to insure people or their homes.
