Guest guest
That grain should be isolated and destroyed. What is the FDA doing? When Mad Cow was an issue in Europe, they slaughtered thousands of cattle to keep the food supply safe. Look at what they do for us in the US! Zero! They are a disgrace. Only a boycott of corn based products will fix those people - All those corn chips, flakes, cereals, corn syrup in soda. corn flour. muffins. Any Corn based product. Don't buy them - tell your congress rep. It is sickening. Those big companies with ties to the farm belt need a kick if they allow impure corn tainted with mold to be integrated into food product. I hope it is not their custom and practice. It is an outrage.
Guest guest
They have testing that tests crops for mycotoxin contamination... If a crop is over the limits, they dilute it with clean crop until it passes inspection.. The limits are *very* low so it is doubtful that any of us would be getting poisoned from mycotoxins in food. Unfortunately, the laws for PET food are not as stringent.
