I was given this by Jack D. Thrasher, PhD, toxicologist was has informed

Sal and MCS AMerica that he did not consent to the use of his name and he

does not associate with any group that has the controversy surrounding it

such as she has.

He is allowing this to be disbursed in it's entirelty.

Dear Ms Salvador:

It has come to my attention that you have used my name under false

pretensions. I have never spoken or received anything in writing from yourself

or your

organization to include my name in the petition you have sent to various

health authorities around the world.

I respectively request that you remove my name. I do not endorse nor do I

lend my name to any organization without first being notified in writing and

receiving confirmation that the organization is in fact a legitimate non-profit

organization.

I can not endorse or consider any association with any organization that is

so engrossed with controversy regarding its legitimacy and deceptive attempts

to confirm their existence with documented sources.

I also do not wish to be contacted by any means from yourself or any of your

associates. If I discover that you use my name to further your activities I

will very publicly discredit you and your organization in the scientific and

health related communities.
