Guest guest Posted August 7, 2012 Report Share Posted August 7, 2012 Hi, We are looking for a BCBA that uses and wholeheartedly believes in using Verbal Behavior techniques in the style of Vince Carbone. We’re weary of those who claim to use VB, but really use traditional techniques with a few VB terms thrown in to pacify me. We want someone who would only use escape extinction as a last resort, but prefers pairing with the child before placing demands and heavy use of motivational techniques. We’re hoping to find someone in the Houston area, but may be able to use someone for distance consulting if that’s all we can find.. My son is an advanced learner and verbal and conversational.
