Thank you for working on that article. The system has failed American

workers. Agencies created under the guise of " worker protection " have failed

miserably because of the " too close

connection/nexus " to industry. Workers Compensation was created in this

country to get benefits to workers without the need to sue the employer. It was

created as a " win-win "

situation. It could take years to sue your employer in " Tort. " Workers Comp

was designed to

get benefits to workers without the time and expense required to sue your

employer.

It is a sad day when injured workers have to work to uncover the self-dealing

of industry, doctors

and insurers to the detriment of workers. With exposure injuries, an x-ray

does not tell the tale.

Absent a broken bone, and responsible environmental blood, urine and untainted

environmental

site testing, an employee who is poisoned in the workplace falls into a

purported 'safety net' that

becomes invisible.

Thank you again.

Dear Friends,

I wanted to let you all know that there is a new paper titled " ACOEM in

Service to Industry " that is published in the current edition of the

International Journal of Occupational and Environmental Health. (IJOEH). I had

the

privilege to co-author this paper along with several, who are recognized

worldwide

as the consciences of occupational medicine. The link for the paper and a

commentary regarding it are linked below.
