another way to look at it is, if we had a hightened flight or fight

first responce we would actually be more able to control or head off

the mcs/mci reactions instead of getting zapped by them.

Has anyone here ever had the experience of, when they were really sick

from mold and living or working in a moldy building, leaving the

building and going outside and finding one's self outside but not

remembering the act of leaving, just suddenly realizing you are

outside and don't remember leaving or the 'logical' mind's 'reason'

why you left?

In other words, just leaving as a autonomous reaction.. (or whatever

it is called)

That happened to me once when I was really sick and I think it was a

turning point for me in shocking me into realizing how sick I was ..

it was clear to me though that my body knew why I was leaving.

yes, Live I did too, I think my body was doing what it needed but my

brain wasn't connecting the dots of why. it took a really heavy

exposure and realizeing that I felt better outside before I even

thought about it being something in the house that was causeing it.
