For those on the list in California, you may want to forward this article to

state Assemblymembers and Senators since California *also* has a law on the

books that has never been allowed to develop protections for the state. I

believe it is referred to as,

Senate Bill No. 732 CHAPTER 584 An act to amend Section 1102.6 of the Civil

Code, and to add Chapter18 (commencing with Section 26100) to Division 20 of,

the Health and Safety Code, relating to toxic mold.
