Call your local police department and ask for the communications manager or

supervisor. Any progressive police department will allow for a dispatcher or

trainer to spend some time with your group.

E-mail me privately and I can forward some LAPD911 folks if you hit any walls

with LAPD. There may also be some LAPD employees on this list that may

volunteer their services.
