Guest guest
Hi , I have lived on both sides of the 'pond', when in England I lived in a fairly damp house with definite mold problems and now I live in the US in a dry appartment. My condition stays the same wherever I am, including hotels. The only help I get is by very strict pacing to prevent total crash. I have tried every supplement know to man, nothing provides much relief and I have been ill for 14 years following a bad flue virus. I fell apart in a moldy place and didn't get better after moving. So it seemed that this proved beyond all doubt that mold wasn't a major problem. Funny how this works. -
Guest guest
Dear , I am Simon's (fr the UK) wife. I have lived in the USA my whole life, except for excursions. My condition was dx'd after Hep C treatment; I am cured from HCV but got progressively sicker since 1999. I now have been dx/d w/CFS and FMS. In the summer, I had an eye problem. So, I visited an opthalmologist who was covering for my Dr. and she also has CFS and told me after some exams that I had MOLD allergies. She prescribed large doses of the cholesterol drug " Choleststyramine " to remove toxins from my liver. Well, a week later I had a terrible BiPolar episode; upon taking the literature to my Psychiatrist/Pharmacologist he said it was removing my bipolar meds as well as who knows what. Needless to say, All the cans of the stuff went into the dustbin. Just a reminder to everyone to be careful. God Bless everyone who has this (these) disease (S() Good luck , Carole > > > > Hi , > > > > I have lived on both sides of the 'pond', when in England I lived in > a fairly damp house with definite mold problems and now I live in the > US in a dry appartment. It'll do that - to be sure, as well as removing a lot of vital minerals and nutrition from the intestines. But WAIT, there's MORE! By lowering the levels of recirculated toxins in the intestines, the osmotic imbalance can induce a " dissociation response " as the toxins try to leave the fat cells, which makes you feel WORSE when the toxins are re-entered into the bloodstream. See Dr Shoemakers chapt. " Surviving the Herxheimer " . People jump to the conclusion that if a " medicine " makes you feel worse, it's not the right thing to do, and you should immediately stop. Perhaps not always. CSM is not an easy therapy. Sounds like you have one AMAZING opthalmologist. This illness is the very Devil, isn't it? -
Guest guest
At this particular moment all inquiries and ordering of the book by Dr.Kilburn is presently on hold. Will update at a later date if and when the ordering through School Mold Help will be available again. KC
