fluctuation in severity of symptoms

How often do severe/moderate symptoms just suddenly stop?

I had a sudden increase/exascerbation in symtpoms after vestibular

testing(rotational chair test..yes...roational chair) and I went out on

disability as a result. I did definiatley have symptoms before the testing, but

the symptoms gturned SEVERE after the testing. I was chiari-sick for a steady 8

weeks. Then about 2 weeks ago, most of my symptoms dropped off. I'm attriubuting

it to " recovering from the trauma of testing " , but am not sure. Maybe i'm just

getting a lucky well-spell.

Not sure what to think.
