Guest guest
Harriet Ammann, a senior toxicologist for the state of Washington and one of the IOM report authors addressed this disconnect in a very eloquent essay that she wrote for the plaintiffs in a New York State lawsuit, Colin Fraser, et al vs. 301-52 Townhouse Corp. She basically said that the ACOEM and their ilk in the toxic injury defense community had repeatedly lied and twisted the IOM reports conclusions to strongly imply in the courts that there were not strong reasons to believe that mold caused illness and that people who actually read the report would realize that it did say that mold causes many illnesses.
