However, I have an easier solution which I've had clients use for over 15 years now. Before you bring the tree inside, turn on the garden hose and wash the tree. If you like, you can mix a very small amount of detergent with the water. No need to kill the mold, just remove it with water. For the record, there is an error at the end of the article identifying the presentation source. They listed it as American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (AAAAI) instead of American College of ... (ACAAI). ACAAI was in Dallas Nov 12.
