Why I don't have access to the Dictaphone logger

I know this may not be " pc " , and I know its not very professional,

but, has anyone ever wished that for just one hour (day,week,etc.)

during your shift, when you get that certain " special " call, that you

could say what was really on your mind? You know the calls I mean.

When your favorite frequent flyer calls 911, " just to let someone

know that those people down the street parked their car on the wrong

side again, left their garbage cans out, cat is loose, the

streetlight is shining in my eyes, etc.etc? People, just MYOB, get a

life, get a grip, and get on with it! And if they're not bleeding,

burning, or burglarizing- Call Day Shift!

It'll never happen, but again, its just a thought.
