Mail r Suspended After Speaking Out About Possible Mold Problem

EUSTIS, Fla. -- Test results should be back in a few weeks on a

potential mold problem at the Eustis Post Office.

A worker originally contacted Channel 9 about the story a week ago.

She and her co-workers believe a growth inside the walls is making

them sick.

Thursday, inspectors went into the building to test for mold. The

contract worker who initially spoke out about the health problems

said she was suspended for speaking up.

" You are looking at the health of 30 to 35 people that work in this

building. Something has to be done, " said , a

contract mail carrier.

The Post Office has not commenting on 's

suspension. She did file retaliation complaints with the labor board

and the Occupational Safety & Health Administration.
