I have used it. I think it is benificial but ya I supose you could overdo it I

don't know. I do know that years ago when I went on a candidas flush/diet there

were also metal detox kits as well. I forget the brand I used but somewhere I

have a flyer on the order to do all these type detoxs. That might help unless

you think it is really serious?
