Thanks for posting this great article. Policyholders of America/Melinda Ballard

have done real groundwork in this area.

This article is not so technical that people find themselves unable to

understand the terms. Personally, I found it interesting about the diet and

nutrition section, where protein intake was critical. I found myself craving red

meat and green salad every day, a while back, post-exposure in school; blood

work confirmed that I was becoming anemic, so listening to your body is very

important and may keep you alive, absent doctors who can't or won't competently

diagnose and treat mold/mycotoxin etc, exposed patients.
