Agency's building mold updates on Web

SACRAMENTO – The state Board of Equalization has set up a Web site offering

updates of its investigation of mold growth in its headquarters at 450 N St.

Two hundred employees recently were moved out of the top three floors of the

24-story building after mold was discovered growing in the walls.

Information distributed to employees and links to information about mold can be

found at www.boe.ca.gov/info/building_update.html. It also has an e-mail that

employees can use to ask questions of consultants working on the investigation

and remediation of the mold for the BOE.
