Guest guest
I want to know what the difference is: now if this was a regular employee no pay, but since it is an elected official they get paid. Does this Judge recognize mold illness for an elected official but wouldn't for the regular employee? I'm not sure the judge recognizes mold illness at all--just that the official had to be paid. Even if it wasn't a mold victory, at least it was a victory.
