scalp sores

Plain soap seems to work best. The problem is finding pure soap.

Hi Kim:

Yes, ALS and the related ALES are synthetics (technically, they are

semi-synthetics). Look for natural soaps made from WHOLE oils with

no extra ingredients.

Google searches for fragrance free soap or shampoo will turn up a

few.

Also, do not use any lotions unless there anti-fungal cremes. Your skin needs

to dry out.
