Finally the patient featured had a mold related diagnosis...symptoms were vomiting up blood, liver necrosis, hallucinations,etc. First the students guessed retinal vasculitis,and then acute intermittent porphyria. House brought up persecuting and accusing girls during the Salem witchcraft era just for mold issues...then BINGO...the medical interns remembered that the patient ate " moldy " bread. Maybe we should all write the producers and validate them for daring to touch the subject, then tell them they aint seen nothing...try a mycotoxin sick building exposed patient next season.
