An entire house worth of mold resistant drywall only costs $1200? Regular

drywall costs how much?

(I guess the real cost is the difference...)

So why aren't they all built to stay dry and use mold resistant drywall just

in case?

My contractor charged me $4000 extra to put in the Dense armour plus

sheet rock in a 1600 ft house. It was about $25 a sheet, as opposed to

$5 that he got at discount for regular-add to that special shipping

costs as it could not be gotten locally-plus the dry wallers had to

learn new way to deal with it-it also weighs the earth.
