Welcome to the group Kathy! I'm Darcy and have been doing Tae-Bo very

faithfully for almost 2.5 years. I'm currently pregnant though and have slowed

down considerably. I just did a tape last night and enjoyed the heck out of

it!! I did BL7. Anyway, you will find great friends here. Welcome again!

Darcy who is stiff today from tae-boing yesterday :)

Welcome, Kathy! I'm a newbie, too--and this group is already proven

to be a huge inspiration for me! I'm trying to work out at least 3

times a week--that's been tough lately due to long work hours and a

bout of strep throat over Memorial Day! My goal is to lose 10-15# by

Nov.2 so I can fit into a black velvet dress for a wedding. It's

going to take some work, but it will be done!

Take care, and good luck to you!

Thanks Jackie... says you will see a difference in doing Taebo (in The

Taebo Way) 3 x's. Good book if anyone gets a chance to read it. I bought

it cheap on E-Bay. I've even seen a difference doing it 2 times per week.

But I know to get the full benefits of Taebo I need to work for at least 3

times. So that is my goal and I'm doing it this time! Good luck to you

also. I know how it is about long hours. I work 4 ten hour days and those

are the ones that I have trouble doing Taebo during. I just need to get my

butt out of bed.

Welcome to the group! If you have questions just ask there is MANY knowledgeable

people on this group! I know many of use do lots of research on our own because

so many doctors do not research Hashimoto like they should. I recommend Dr.

Datis Kharrizian's book he also has a great website you should check out.

http://drknews.com/

Also

www.stopthethyroidmadness.com is also great and full of information!

Welcome!

on Levothoxine.  I am glad they found a names for my symptoms , but know

absolutely nothing about this so am anxious to glean info from you all. ;)
