Black Mold Poisoning

I've been exposed to black mold at work for the last 7 years. During

this time, nothing has been done and quite a few people have been

sick with not surprisingly the same symptoms. Several people have

contacted WC, but WC has denied the claim so know we have an attorney

working with us on this. We are now what I'm thinking will be in a

lengthy litiagation case with our employer. My question is this:

I have have recently had a chest x-rays done and they have been

normal. I just had blood work done today so will not get the results

back. I also had a skin test done for allergys today and it was

normal. My symptoms have been going on since I started 7 years ago

and have consisted of: constant headaches, occasional bloody nose,

running nose, chronic dry cough that doesn't go away (I've been TB

tested as well with negative results), itchy/red eyes, wheezing and

shortness of breath. I have recently been diagnosed with chronic

asthma and have had in the past bouts of colds/flus that always end

up with bronchitis that is now asthmatic.

My foundation medical acts like toxic mold is really nothing more

than people's over-reacting to normal aging and allergie symptoms, so

I'm not really getting any help there.

What more can be done here. I'm now on Albutural and use it 3 to 4

times weekly and recently placed on Qvar medications. What else

should I look into or how can I convince these people that this is

serious?
