Guest guest
It's in the LC-Diabetes archives, open to all. Right off the top of my head I don't have the url and I'm sorta in a rush right now, no time to look it up. Does someone else out there have it? If not, maybe I can do it later this week but don't know when. Sorry, Vicki Note: Of course I didn't write it, Ron Sebol did. V. In a message dated 00-08-22 15:34:26 EDT, you write: << Vicki writes: I posted a table of said risk vs A1c vs years on the LC-Diabetes list. A person nearly at the point of insulin dependence who allows A1c of 8 and above to prevail, will have a 100% chance of severe retinopathy in 8 years. A person maintaining an A1c of 5.5 will have a 98.5.5% chance of not having retinopathy at the end of 15 years. can you repost that table for us newbies? thanks so much. >>
