I live in Lafayette, CA about 1 1/2 hrs. from Sacramento, in the San Francisco Bay Area. I am on the other side of the hills from Berkeley, CA My daughter that lives on the Carquinez Straits is the one that had the Whale in her backyard when it was chased back down toward the ocean.
