Leaving work, on the ride, I never who waits inside: Millie the child, Millie the wild. Millie all dressed, Millie a mess. Millie in bed, Millie outa her head. Millie the scared, Millie's frustrations aired. Millie on the Lewy ride, Millie pondering homicide. Off the gas, knives away, Who will Millie be today? Now I'm home, holding my breath, Challenging Lewy to the death. Who will win? We all know, Might be fast, but usually slow! Finding folks who know the drill, Many days, my only thrill! Without you guys, I would die. Or else my little brain would fry. Please help me God, and my friends, too, When we are immersed in poo. When they whine, or wet the bed. Help me, Lord, to keep my head! I barely keep this boat afloat, Sometimes my castle needs a mote. " Just keep swimming " while I cry, Xanax pills in good supply! Guest guest
I love your poem Carol! I think I may print it out and add it to my inspirational post-it notes that are starting to become like wallpaper in my apartment. And if I ever get it together to write the book that I've outlined about this whole experience I may want to put it on the title page (giving you ALL the credit of course) if that was ok with you!! I'm hoping someday when my creativity isn't sapped by dealing with things like giant washer poos that I'll be able to put my English degree to good use. And of course I'll need all of you to help me with ideas and proofreading! ;-) hugs! Emma > > " .....but more often than not its the confounding ones that > > we get.
