Guest guest
It's over. It really lasted only 15 minutes [i had to wait longer for the Dr. in the waiting room than my appointment]. Dr. Dratch seemed very pleased to explain his new modern equipment which can probe farther that the equipment of 5 years ago - he said I had no sign of cancer. Looked at me sternly and told me I had diverticulosis. He then commanded me to do nothing about it. Said it was a normal thing to happen as we age and nothing to be concerned about. I think I'd better believe him. He also said I was an easy patient. He pumped air into me when he did his exam and I had a few minor gas pains which didn't last long. It wasn't my favorite activity, but not bad at all. I'm glad it's over. - Pat 01:07 AM 4/2/99 EST, you wrote: >From: Gr8Scot5@... > >I had a sigismoidoscopy several years ago and they gave me this gallon >container similar to what you would buy milk in and told me to fill it with >water and mix in the dry ingredients and drink it all - yuck!
