The National Toxic Encephalopathy Foundation (NTEF) has now published a

copy of their petition requesting that Angel Perfume be Declared a Drug

on their website. The FDA is accepting public comments until April 30,

2008. The petition and comment links are listed below.

Currently there is another petition under final review, with an

anticipatory release date of November 26, 2007. The NTEF has five

additional petitions at various stages of research that incorporate

cosmetic as well as fragrance violations, to be released in early 2008.
