I have a friend who just started working for the Space Ship Company in

California and loves it. When they flew her down to interview, they told her

they are looking for people to fit into their group as you can teach people

skills, but not give them a personality.

Team work is everywhere today, especially in colleges and universities and like

you said volunteer work as well as employment.

Just my humble opinion.
