The release stated that Carol Hinman, the mother of and Dominique Pochop, filed the lawsuit in December and " is asking for a temporary injunction to prevent Westview High School from being used as a place to educate children until it is free from mold contamination. " Hinman's children have tested positive for mold exposure and have had many of the symptoms that Caleb Joost, whose parents sued the board in September, has had, the release stated. A hearing will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Weakley County Courthouse.
