I think there are some in CA but I'm not sure. I've been seeing Dr.

Shoemaker for 4 yrs. and highly recommend him! If you could find a Dr. to

continue

with his protocol when you get home that would be terrific. I don't know how

you could go back and forth but he's a wonderful physician and has helped me

100%.

Dr Marinkovich's office recommended a few doctors for his patients to

go to and I believe one of them was in AZ. If I can find the letter, I

will send to you.

Dr. Gray is in Arizona; however, I've been waiting well over a year for

his office to schedule the " follow-up " appointment after all the

testing - once they got their money, there has been no urgency on their

part to inform me of any of the test results. I would suggest ANYONE

else but this " doctor. " All of my 20+ calls have not been returned.
