It would be a far better idea to have nonprofit insurance pools.

In other words, groups of people could set up financial structures to insure

themselves. This would lower 'administrative costs' -

If you look at health insurance costs, right now these administrative costs

are 1/3 of health insurance dollars.. 33 cents out of every dollar goes to

their profits.. I don't see why commercial for-profit insurers should be

involved in this, they are not doing their jobs.
