Guest guest
I have an observation of sorts. I would like to pose these Questions. If I were to paint a room with oder free paint and You walked into the room and immediately presented with a headache would it be reasonable to say you were sensitive to that " oderless " fumes? and did that oderless paint affect your brain? If you walk into a restroom and smell the action of the person who just left..is that not inhaling particles of what was just flushed? what makes up SMELL? Particles of the substance? Does it not stand to reason -- if it has any moisture...it's going to eveporate into the air, and take along with it whatever it is contaminated with! MOLD has to have some form of moisture to prolificate and destroy or consume whatever substate it comes into contact with! Destroy/Consume... your nose is moist...your lungs are moist. If you pick up a smell or not, you're still picking up particles!! And those particles become a part of you!!! If you have a cold and are unable to smell...and the person next to you comments on the perfume of someone who just walked by would you argue that the person was NOT wearing perfume? I mean really... think about it..next time someone passes gas, and you pick up that scent...IT IS particles of the substance that came from within that person! For every action there is a re-action.. Right? I just ate and now with my IBS I have to run... should I use air freshener when i'm done? ..or should I leave just my au-natural particles ... either way, if your anywhere in the vacinity you're going to be adding those particles into your system... SORRY Please excuse the intrusion > > oh my, I haven't read this piece of trash before.I just love the > comment at the bottom about discloseing in the sale of a home if it > have been remediated. dont want to get sued when this harmless toxic > mold makes the buyers sick, and only if they question you about it > should you cantact a well trained IH. couldn't find a date but guessing > it's from around 2002 > > the mold mystery > http://www.mnrealtor.com/laws/pdfs/MoldSummary.pdf >
Guest guest
happyruiam, There was a scene in the movie The Ice House (about 1998) where a high school student read his short essay on odor by describing exactly what it is you " smell " in the bathroom. His premise was there is no such substance of " odor " that is separate from the object being smelled. Therefore, what you smell in the bathroom is actually parts and pieces of what was just eliminated. Gross, I'll admit. But true. I can't agree that those " particles " (and molecules) automatically become a part of you. Even a fairly sick immune system prevents mold from consuming us as if we were compost. However, our immune system may not be much of a protection for other effects. Or, as Dr Shoemaker has found, even when the immune system is effective against mold, the body may still have difficulty eliminating the waste products left over from the actions of the immune system. Guest guest
Well, I for one can say it did become a part of me...as i ended up with pure white thumbnails...with ridges and streaks -fungal nails? how can my body produce such a state on it's own ...without exposure? A year or 2 ago I noticed my toenails becoming yellow and brittle and somewhat deformed... I assumed it was my age factoring in. I would have never dreamed it would be the direct result of breathing Mold Toxins. > > > > oh my, I haven't read this piece of trash before.I just love the > > comment at the bottom about discloseing in the sale of a home if it > > have been remediated. dont want to get sued when this harmless > toxic > > mold makes the buyers sick, and only if they question you about it > > should you cantact a well trained IH. couldn't find a date but > guessing > > it's from around 2002 > > > > the mold mystery > > http://www.mnrealtor.com/laws/pdfs/MoldSummary.pdf > > >
Guest guest
And what IF that substance " TOXINS " attacks you repeatedly.. is it possible that it can have a " WAR " with your intact immune system and at some point the " TOXINS WIN " that war? So then ...It becomes a part of you .... --- In , " happyruiam " <happyru@...> wrote: > > I have an observation of sorts. Guest guest
Could you clarify what you mean by " becomes a part of you? " As compared to " infects your body " or " combines with your body " or " weakens the immune system so something similar happens? " I think I understand your phrase in a generic sense, but you seem to be using it in a different way to make a specific point. Guest guest
Carl, Thank You!! Thats it exactly, the phrase : becomes a part of, was used in a generic sense to become part of (you) = merge ie: to join together; unite; combine in¡¤fect¡¤ (in fekt¡ä) transitive verb to contaminate with a disease-producing organism or matter to cause to become diseased by bringing into contact with such an organism or matter to invade (an individual, organ, tissue, etc.): said of a pathogenic organism. Please forgive my brain. I sometimes try to say things and my point comes across scattered. I so HATE what this (MOLD) has done ... to all of us. > > > > > > I have an observation of sorts. Guest guest
You're welcome. Thank you for the explanation. It helps me to better understand what you are going through.
