Guest guest
I so want to move to Western Oregon Hi Craig: Nice to hear from you. How are you and your family doing? My daughter just ordered and received 6 sweat pants, t-shirts and sweat shirts from the Oregon duck store. I asked her, " Don't you have enough Duck clothes????? " Quack! / Daisy duck PS: To others: Oregon Ducks are a football team in our state. I am now taking classes at Oregon State University which are the Beavers. Oh well........ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I agree heartily with the article, with Ari Ne’eman. Scarborough has again shown one of the holes in his intellect and his heart. And Autism Speaks still sucks. Woof Or was it Quack? I forgets. ------------------------------------ " We each have our own way of living in the world, together we are like a symphony. Some are the melody, some are the rhythm, some are the harmony It all blends together, we are like a symphony, and each part is crucial. We all contribute to the song of life. Guest guest
Bend area? It's gorgeous. I know a lot of people from CA who are going up there to retire. No jobs to speak of, other than making beds and making sandwiches (minimum wage service industries). Best, ~CJ > I Live in Central Oregon. It has become a very wealthy resort/retirement area. Others call it poverty with a view. lol > > > > Very little industry because they have voted it out, but BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!! > > > > > > > I so want to move to Western Oregon > And I want to move to Eastern Oregon. > >
Guest guest
Hi, . I am relatively well, given the circumstances. Two grandsons, and still making a living, and keeping busy when not. Wife and children are as well as can be expected, fairly stable in group home, married and single daughter doing pretty well. I am still, of course, Aspy but try to spend much of my time operating of it and from it, not just of it and in it, (if that makes any sense). Glad to hear you're in school, sorry it's THAT one! No such thing as too much Duck clothes. Ask my (good) daughter who didn't marry a Beaver (who's otherwise good). Woof/Quack! -----Original Message----- From: aspires-relationships On Behalf Of Newland Sent: Friday, July 27, 2012 10:36 PM Hi Craig: Nice to hear from you. How are you and your family doing? Guest guest
Yeah, I know. LSU beat Oregon in Dallas last year, too. Not that I follow LSU (cause I don't) but because I am totally anti-SEC. I live in SEC country. Yeah, I know.. just wait until the Quacks' Civil War in November with the Beavers. Should be interesting for you. > > PS: To others: Oregon Ducks are a football team in our state. I am now taking classes at Oregon State University which are the Beavers. I have a difficult time with the heat, and I am sick of 100+ degree weather with high humidity. I have heard that on the western side of the mountains that there is about a month of hot and a month of cold, but the rest of the time it is stable, and wet. I've heard pretty much the same, Kelsey. I guess I'm just more of a desert person, that's all. That's what attracts me to the area, as well as the low population density. Unless I hook up with a spud or horseradish rancher who can bring me into the family business, it's unlikely that I'll be able to make my dream come true of moving to the outback of eastern Oregon/Washington. Apart from the minimum wage service jobs (which are scarce), the area is largely dominated by agribusiness. Not a lot of work available for those with white-color skills that involve computers. Anyone know any lonely spud or horseradish ranchers? lol Best, ~CJ
Guest guest
Helen – yes, I don’t spend a lot of time here at ASPIRES but I sure owe a lot to it and you all. Glad you enjoy the Ducks like some of my family and I do!
