To the Group: The Texas Medical Board and Mold Victim, Marcie McGovern

Under KC's suggestion, I would like to send you all the link to my website that

has the article regarding: Doctors' Group Sues Texas Medical Board for

Misconduct; Cites Institutional Culture of Retaliation & Intimidation and the

life story of mold victim; Marcie McGovern from Texas that is literally

fighting for her life, workers comp, and up against the TMB.

The entire Texas Medical Board (TMB) and its officials have been named in a

lawsuit filed by

the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS). The complaint,

filed this week in District Court in Texarkana, accuses the board of

misconduct while performing its official duties, specifically:

1. Manipulation of anonymous complaints;

2. Conflicts of interest;

3. Violation of due process;

4. Breach of privacy; and

5. Retaliation against those who speak out.

Included with the article I have posted pictures of the key players in the TMB:

a M. Kalafut, DO, FABPM & R, W. , M.D., J.D.

and E. MD.

The lawsuit specifically points out misconduct by a Kalafut, the

Board president.

The lawsuit also charges that Kalafut and , Executive

Director, knew about the conflict of interest of while he was

Chair of the Disciplinary Process Review Committee. This is a must read

article.

I would also like you all to see the story on Marcie McGovern a mold victim from

Texas, that

not only has to fight for her worker's comp, but will be faced up against the

Texas Medical Board. Marcie is literally fighting for her rights to live. Most

of you that

are on the list in the Sick Buildings group know her, and/or have talked

with Marcie through the board or emails. Marcie has become my very dearest and

closest friend since our very

first phone call one year ago. She will remain in my heart, and in my

prayers. We have laughed together, cried together, and we will

continue to fight this battle together for all mold victim's and the

doctor's that treat us. I have not only posted Marcie's story, but have also

posted her pictures

Dr. Thrasher, and has seen the medical reports and other documents

on Marcie. Her
