The sample was nasal mucusa: Procedure: Aphlatoxin (B1,B2,G1,G2; procedure by immunoaffinity and fluorometry) Ochratoxin (A, procedure by immunoaffinity and fluorometry) Trichothecenes (Roridin A,E,H,L2,Saratoxin G and H, Isosaratoxin F, Verrucarin A and J, Verrucarol by ELISA) Results: Aphlatoxin: 3.6 ppb Limit of detection: 2.0 ppb Ochratoxin: 0 ppb Limit of detection: 2.0 ppb Trichothecene: 0.18 ppb Limit of detection: 0.2 ppb Thanks.
