Hi Everyone I just wanted to give you guys an up-date

on vision therapy since most of us never heard of it.

They actually combined vision and developmental

therapy. They move things to where they eye would see

things but from different angles. They watch how

Isabella puts things into a cup, like if she is

rolling it up the side or just dropping it in. That

gives them a better understand of what her vision is.

The therapist said she thinks Isabella's vision

problem is very slight. I really like this therapist

a lot. I had to choose between her and the

developmental therapist and I choose the vision since

she works with both, and boy and I glad. I like the

developmental therapist on a personal level, but I did

not see where he was doing much for Isabella, but

playing with her. He never seemed to have a clear

thought out plan and would bounce from things that

Isabella wanted to do instead of what he thought she

should be doing. This new woman is completely

different. She is very nice and good with Isabella

but she keeps Isabella to her plan and focused. She

comes every week and is only supposed to be here for

an hour but the last two weeks she has stayed two

hours working with Isabella. She give us instruction

for what we are to work on for the following week.

You know as I said before I like the last person buy

never felt like he was doing enough for Isabella and I

did not have a good feeling and I was right. The

point of this letter is just to say, if you think your

child is not getting the best of services, trust your

instincts and switch. I am so glad I did.
