Guest guest
Hi everyone, I was very hesitant to tell about this product until I was sure of the outcome. When I visiting my son out from Austin, the druggist in Marble Falls told me about some vitamins that he was giving his mother who is also a diabetic. The name of it is DB-7 and it says: Rx Vitamins " For Balanced Sugar & Carbohydrate Metabolism " . I was told by the lady at the health food store that it is a Rexall Drugs item. The druggist was telling me that it had lowered his mother's blood sugar a great deal and he was so pleased and encouraged me to try it. He said that I would not be able to see a difference until I was well into the 2nd bottle. HE WAS RIGHT! My blood sugar was really out of control at that time (partly because of stress) while I was there. I think a lot of it had to do with the fact that I didn't have my computer and couldn't talk to all of you and I missed you so much. My BG's were running up around 300 and that's not acceptable at all to me. Well, I'm almost through with my 2nd bottle and now my BG's are running between 90 and 120 most of the time (unless I'm misbehaving). My children were giving me a fit because my doctor didn't know that I was taking this and insisted that I tell him. He checked it out and said there was nothing in it that could possibly do me harm even with all of my other medications. In fact, he said I was doing great and don't dare change anything I'm doing. Just in case anyone is interested (I have to stop and read all of the info with my magnifying glass) 2 capsules contain the following: Glymnema Sylvestra (standardized extract supplying 25% gymnemic acids 750 mg Vitamin C (asorbic acid) 250 mg Alanine (crystalline amino acid) 250 mg Glutamine (crystalline amino acid) 100 mg Zinc (zinc 1-monomethionine) 30 mg Chromium (polinicotinate) 200 mcg Vanadium (vanadyl sulfate) 1.5 mg (Recommended Usage: Take one capsule two times daily before meals) I'm certain that this DB-7 is what is helping me so much since I haven't done anything else different. As I have told you before, my doctor really does go along with the low carb diet. He's from Puerto Rico so maybe he's not such a " die-hard " as some of our " home-grown " American doctors. He actually LISTENS to what I have to say. I think I have taught him a lot. LOL Maybe this will be of benefit to some of you. All of you know that I'm so concerned about everyone here. As I've said before: UNITED WE STAND, DIVIDED WE FALL. Love to all, Tootie
