I still have some problems with them (I think it depends on how congested I am from allergies which messes up my balance), but I've seen steady improvement. Don't feel bad if you need to hold on to something or can't hold the position the whole time. Most of the people in the videos have been doing tae-bo for a long time. Don't compare yourself to them or anyone else. Only focus on how well you are doing compared to how you did before. I bet you'll notice improvement right away!
