Hi Donna-

Unfortunately this is a matter of the chicken or the egg. Not sure which

should be decided first. It has been mentioned in here that people need to

get time off work and/or arrange for caregiving for a loved one. A lot of

vacations are turned in the beginning of the year for the year.

It seems tough to toss around ideas of both the when and where's at the same

time. So, I thought we should get the when nailed down then go directly to

the where. A lot of great ideas have been tossed around as to the where.

I would say, if there is a remote chance you would make it to the gathering,

vote on the date and when that is decided we will narrow down where it will

be.

Hoping to close the poll for dates on the 15th so the voting time frame is

limited.
