Looks like you are fixed up on the buddy list. Dr. Levin will see

you name on it so you shouldn't have to email him and let him know.

You and should call the office and schedule your surgery on the

same day. Meaning you call on a Monday and call on the same

Monday. I would wait until it gets closer or until you have your

money to call the office. I think the most important thing is when

you call to schedule your surgery date that you are sure that will be

the date. There was someone else listed with is she going to

join you all forsure. Moe, I am so excited that you have a date.

Yippie you will be on the countdown now.

and I are wanting to do the buddy thing on May 20th. Do we need

to go ahead and be added to the list for that day? I think P.

is already on there. I need to add my name though. Do I or we do

this before we schedule the surgery or after? Do we email Dr. Levin

as soon as we are added to the buddy list or wait? Any help would be
