Guest guest
Help, does anyone know..... is wheatgrass juice (because it's sprouted) suitable for a gluten free diet? BTW I'm on day 5 of the mastercleanse and won't be trying the salt water this time! He he he. Thanks for your note , what you said made sense cause I was actually on day 14 of the mastercleanse when I tried the salt water last time and felt so incredibly ill had to come off it. Thanks
Guest guest
anette, i do hope you find the right diet to help your husband. First, according to the hippocrates diet written by anne wigmore you need to build up to a dose of wheatgrass juice--it will make you feel sick because it helps to release toxins directly from the blood and that can be a very sickening experience!~--my advice is to start with a half oz--and drink it SLOW--swish it around in the mouth to mix with saliva and drink some spring water slowly as well--its not a shot--its medication--so slow is better.... You need to get a different juicer---you need a wheatgrass juicer--a screw type---i have a miracle juicer that cost about 175 at the healthfood store--that really helps. best of luck! your growing sounds great--

I am ALWAYS hungry with this diet, and I have not eliminated carbs entirely because of the limited scope of foods my allergies let me eat. Its torture to see apetizing food in stores, pastries in bakeries, people eating their fill in restaurants. And to know it will last several months or years is utterly depressing. When I go to bed, I think of food, same when I get up. Francine
Guest guest
bbc, Thanks for all the information on wheatgrass. I have heard some really good stuff about it too, and now you have just confirmed that. I too constantly feel my Candida screaming at me to feed it. I am constantly feeling a need to eat sweets and such. Do let us know how the wheatgrass goes. Sherry
