What about plain salt and water? There is a special " Grossan sinus

irrigator " that some people swear by, it fits on a water pik. Ive

never used it, though, just heard about it. You stick it in your nose

and it flushes it out from within somehow.

No drugs, just salt water, like your own tears, etc.

YES, this is what I have heard also.

Now I also remember that people should use *distilled* water

and *non-iodized* salt.
