Searching for comments on Google, there are quite a few (defense

oriented) web pages that discuss the issue,

but people are still unable to bring cases that are clear and should

be easy to decide.

They must be pleased as punch.

Some deep pocketed people still hire lawyers out of pocket, but the

sickest people are standing out in the cold and are losing their lives

and homes.

Nobody cares.

People are not getting medical care.

Because they are sick, lives are being ruined.

What the hell is going on in Washington?
