colleges that no one would hire a nurse from " Regents " . I found this to be

very discouraging. Distance learning is my only way, so you guys need to help

us with this if you are all for distance learning. Spread the message

through-out your profession, maybe they ALL need to give positive

reinforcement for any attempt at further education.

I know for a fact that some of the local Dallas area hospitals do in fact

hire graduates from Regents. The Baylor Hospital system as well as the

System. I have friends, one of whom is also a paramedic with our department,

that got their RN license through education at Regents and are working at area

hospitals. I hope that this will encourage you rather than discourage you.
