If I were in charge <grins> I'd Pick a 3 person committee to make this solid

and just choose a site.

Nothing personal, but I'd assign 3 people from East to West: Say

from Mass, Sandie from Des Moines, and Janet Colello from California ,. Then

I'd recommend that they choose a city that serves as an airline 'hub' like

Denver, Dallas, Minneapolis, Chicago, Atlanta, etc. The committee could choose

its own chairperson.

There are a bunch more people that would also deserve to be on the committee,

but then it gets to large to function.

My personal choice for a city would be Minneapolis, because there could be a

close drive for a day trip ... arranged to visit Mayo Clinic in Rochester for

those that wanted to. It might be possible to get a neurolgist from there to

speak.

For that same reason, the major cities close to the Mayo Clinic in Arizona and

Florida might come back into the picture, even if they aren't airline " hub "

cities.

There are abunch of wonderful cities. I love Toronto, and Vancouver, but my

favorite one in Canada is Calgary.
