A year ago, the realtor suggested we list it at $320, 000 and we did. A few

months ago, we lowered it to $299,900 and now to $275,000. We can't afford

to go much lower because Mom has a mortgage on it and we also borrowed

against it to build the apartment for her on the back of my house. Before

we go any lower, we'll probably try to rent it which would at least cover

the monthly payments.

Your drop from $320K to $275k is a 14% drop. We had to drop ours 22% to get

a buyer.
