If you have a public library you might want to check it out there first, but to me it is THE most important diabetic book there is. Guest guest
Sharon asks: << well I am not a type 1 but a type 2 . Is it still relevant for me?? >> Absolutely, Sharon. About 95 percent of us diabetics are type 2's. We feel that 1's and 2's have much we can learn from each other. Type 1's can teach us the finer points of measuring carbohydrates and insulin dosing and injecting and timing, whereas 2's can discuss the finer points of using diet as a pathway to excellent control. Yes his book is for everyone. Go to http://www.diabeteswebsite.com/more/bookrackmar00.jsp to read a book review written by Rick Mendosa. I've heard he spoke at the AADE conference in San Diego this year. > >well I am not a type 1 but a type 2 .
