Guest guest
I have seen a lot of buildings remediated where they basically strip out the sheetrock, floors, etc, and then sandblast the structural members, and then rebuild it. It costs a lot of money and can take a very long time (often these buildings are being worked on for a year or more) but they basically end up with a completely modernized structure. But I have to wonder how safe it is for the workers. Its probably very dangerous to do that work. I could see it as being the thing that ruined somebody's health.
