Guest guest
You can get compounded CSM without the " dangers " from Hopkinton Drug, Inc. in Massachusetts. They can ship it to you. I got my prescription from Dr. Shoemaker originally so Dennis in the pharmacy just called Shoemaker's office and got the prescription number. I would only do compounded CSM. I can't tolerate fillers, artificial colorings, dyes, etc. in generic drugs either.
Guest guest
I had never heard that. I have GERD. Some kinds of mold have in the past made my GERD get much worse. (The kind that also burns your nose and eyes..) Cholestyramine is nothing compared to what happened to me then.. I could not drink or swallow anything. I was inhaling my own stomach acid. It was an absolute nightmare. If only I had known about cholestyramine them... it might have helped.. It took me years to get to the point where I didn't have to elevate my bed at least six inches after that.. (you can imagine what a pain that is) I think it was Alternaria that did that to me. At least it does that to lab animals...That was my first 'episode' and my GI tract has never been the same since then. It completely screwed it up. Cholestyramine is nothing compared to that. I suppose that for somebody who didn't already have GERD, new reflux that they had never had before might be an issue- but my body often reacts SO much to mold - that I consider the mild issues that I get from cholestyramine to be a very small price to pay for the very substantial relief from the many issues like all over joint and muscle inflammation that mold exposure often gives me. , do you mean an endoscopy with a biopsy? (the test you get) On Fri, Sep 19, 2008 at 12:02 PM, <kdeanstudios@...> wrote: > > I also get CSM compounded from Hopkington, Dennis puts something in it > to make it easier on your throat-I was told by a nurse it is probably > baking soda.
